Old Bank conversion - Sheffield
Built in 1909 by Sheffield and Hallamshire Bank. Run as a bank until it was closed 5 years ago.
Spread over three floors with a large cellar the bank boasts a strong room the size of a double garage.
Work started in October 2020 converting the top two floors into four 2 bedroomed flats. Our first residential tenats were welcomed early in March 2021.
Then we were able to focus on the commercial / retail space and small office at the back of the building.
Recently we signed contracts with a Dream Door franchisee for the next 10 years.
